Refund Policy

Each purchase pays for 1 or 3 videos, made on your order page. If something goes wrong, contact support@memeaivideo.com with your order number.

Failed generation: make it again at no cost

If a video cannot be generated, or the finished video fails our automated safety check, you can generate again from your order page at no extra cost. If you prefer your money back for a video that was never delivered, email us.

One free remake per order

Each paid order includes 1 free remake within 7 days of your order, at no extra cost. Use it when the delivered video does not look right.

7-day likeness guarantee

If your free remake still does not look like the people in your photos, email support@memeaivideo.com within 7 days of your order with your order number and we will refund the order in full. Try clear, front-facing photos of one person each for your remake. Videos you paid for but have not made yet (for example the rest of a 3-pack) can also be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refunds made through Stripe or your bank

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the videos not yet made on that order are cancelled.

Policy violations

Orders may be refused if the photos or requested use violate our Acceptable Use Policy, including photos of anyone under 18, celebrities, strangers, non-consenting people, NSFW content, harassment, impersonation or deception.

Delivery

Most videos are ready within minutes; see the template page for typical times. If a video is not delivered within 24 hours, contact us for a full refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, within 2 business days. Funds usually return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
